801-D2 rheological additive is a newly-produced self-activated organic ammonium montmorillionite benonite, which is the rheological additive of paint, printing oil for the medium-high polar solvent systems of aromatic hydrocarbon, esters, kenote. It needs to be added with activator (such as 95% ethanol, 30-40% weight of the organic clay) to help disperse in the medium-high polar solvent systems like xylene-esters (such as butyl acetate), xylene-ketone (such as cyclohexanone), xylene-butanol. This product is similar to Bentone-SD2, Tixogel-MP250.
